  • I have diverse research interests. By using isotope labeling approach, I devote to explore composition and stability of soil organic matter, litter decomposition, priming effect, temperature sensitivity, photosynthesis allocation, and their responses to global environmental changes, plantation productivity and ecosystem management.

    So far I have published about 60 peer-reviewed papers, of which 37 were SCI papers. As leading and/or corresponding author, I have published 28 papers in international journals, including Soil Biology & Biochemistry, Agricultural and Forest Meteorology, Plant and Soil, Forest Ecology and Management, Geoderma, Applied Soil Ecology, Biology and Fertility of Soils. My total SCI citation is more than 620 times.
